Thanks for your interest in receiving a free MetalX sample pack! To ensure our samples reach the right businesses, please read the following eligibility requirements carefully before submitting your request.
By clicking “Receive a Free Sample Pack” and submitting your details, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
1. Who Can Apply
Free sample packs are available to businesses with a verifiable online presence and a valid business address. To be eligible, you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of your request:
1. Valid Business Address
You must provide a valid, active business address. We are unable to send sample packs to P.O. boxes.
2. Valid Business Contact Details
You must provide a company email address (for example, yourname@yourbusiness.com). Personal email addresses from free providers such as Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, or similar will not be accepted. A working contact number is also required.
3. Product Interest and Timeline
You must indicate which MetalX products you are interested in ordering and provide an estimated need-by date or order timeline. This helps us ensure the samples we send are relevant to your actual requirements.
4. Active Online Presence
Your business must be verifiable online. Acceptable forms of online presence include, but are not limited to:
- A business website
- A LinkedIn company page
- Active social media profiles (such as Instagram or Facebook)
MetalX reserves the right to verify your business’s online presence as part of the review process.
2. One Request Per Business
Free sample packs are limited to one request per business per 12-month period. Multiple requests from the same business or address submitted within this period may not be fulfilled.
3. Sample Pack Contents
The contents of each sample pack are at MetalX’s discretion and may vary depending on availability and the products you have indicated interest in. We do not guarantee that every product in our range will be included.
4. No Purchase Obligation
Receiving a free sample pack does not obligate you to place an order. However, our team may follow up with you to discuss your requirements and how MetalX can help. You are welcome to opt out of further contact at any time.
5. Approval at Our Discretion
All sample pack requests are subject to review and approval by MetalX. Submitting a request does not guarantee fulfilment. We reserve the right to decline any request that does not meet our eligibility criteria or that we are otherwise unable to fulfil.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Sample packs are dispatched via standard post or courier. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location. MetalX is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or incorrect address details provided at the time of submission.
7. Availability
Sample packs are available while stock lasts. MetalX reserves the right to withdraw or modify this offer at any time without prior notice.
8. Your Information
The personal and business information you provide when requesting a sample pack will be used solely for the purpose of processing and delivering your request, and to follow up with you regarding your enquiry. MetalX handles your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at metalxcustom.com/privacy-policy.
We will not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
