Production Time
At Metal X we try to offer the fastest turn around time. However depending on complexity of artwork, turnaround time ranges from 2-3 weeks for custom made metal products. Please note, any additional finishes may extend production time.
PLEASE NOTE: We will make every effort to produce your product in the most timely manner as possible within our approximate 2-3 week turnaround time. As our Cufflinks, Tie bars, Lapel Pins and Pilot Wings are a custom product, it is extremely important that the production process is not rushed to ensure that the qualities of the products are not compromised. In the unlikely event that there is an unforeseen production error throughout the process, the products will need to be reproduced to ensure that the cards meet our quality standards.
Packaging
At Metal X we will ensure that every order is packaged in our custom branded box.
