What type of metal are your products made of?
Our products are made from brass with premium rhodium plating.
How long is production and shipping time?
Production takes 2 – 3 weeks.
Shipping is 3-7 days.
Do you have a store/warehouse where I can pick up my order?
Unfortunately no we are only online.
What is your return policy?
We do not issue a refund on any custom made product unless they are faulty. Please be sure to carefully check the artwork before approving.

Can I place an order over the phone?
No, we can only be contact via live chat or email.
How will I know my order is being processed?
Once artwork has been completed and order placed a confirmation email will be sent.
I want my order to be in sterling silver or stainless steel. Do you have these options?
No, we don’t produce products in precious metals.
If I need my order sooner than your current lead times, can I pay for express production and shipment?
No, strict production time is 14 -22 days.
How can I make changes to my order?
Once artwork approved and is in production, we can no longer make changes to final mould design.
However enamel colours can me changed.
How do I reorder with Metal X?
To place a reorder simply email us your order number, name and quantity required and we will send you an invoice.
Do your items come packaged?
No, we don’t offer packaging option. If you require packaging you will have to source you own.
Can I speak to someone?
Yes only via email, live chat or contact page.
Permission to leave?
Do you give us permission to leave your order in a safe if no one is at home.
Do you provide samples?
No, artwork is 99% accurate; (this may differ from artwork slightly. Please refer to gallery page to view our products.
Are there any set up fees or hidden costs?
No all pricing is included in final cost.
Do you charge for artwork changes?
Any changes to the artwork you would like are at no extra cost. We want you to be 100% happy with your final design before proceeding to production.
Do you ship to a PO BOX?
No, shipments only via DHL and they don’t ship to any PO BOX.
What is the minimum size?
Minimum size is up to 1 inch (2.5cm) anything larger please contact us via contact page.
Do you offer any discounts?
No, we have given the lowest prices we can, our pricing is very competitive.
